Coppola Services employs a full-time Safety and Health Manager who makes regular visits to job-sites and participates in pre-construction meetings and all safety training. In addition, all employees working on job-sites are OSHA 10 Hour Construction certified with Supervisors and Project Managers holding OSHA 30 Hour certification.
By employing cutting edge technologies for hazard control in areas such as fall protection, silica dust exposure, trenching and shoring, etc, we stay well ahead of the pack in the construction arena and ensure not just compliance with OSHA but a truly safer workplace. At Coppola Services, we believe that injuries and incidents are preventable and our safety procedures show our commitment to maintaining an injury-free environment. This pays dividends in having an OSHA Frequency Rate well below the industry average.
All of our job sites are evaluated at the earliest stages to engineer
out hazards and minimize risk to both our personnel and to our client’s
personnel and assets. By identifying possible unsafe or incorrect
employee work habits and proactively correcting them, any risk is
minimized before injuries are ever produced. Training and motivating all
employees to work in a safe and conscientious manner and pre-planning
jobs to comply with safety standards are integral to the company’s
safety strategies. Our focus is to ensure that our client’s processes
can continue uninterrupted with our construction operations safely
isolated. We believe that safe projects are positive places to work for
